Annual Plans
There are three annual plans available with a commitment
level limitation on storage. Once the commitment level limitation on storage is
reached, then the Administraator will prompted to to be charged at the Pay-As-You-Use rates.
For instance, if you purchase the Envizn Basic with 20GB per year on January 01,
2012 and only use 19GB by December 31, 2013, then the remaining 1GB is
transfered to the subsequent year. On January 01, 2013, you will be charged the
Envizn Basic rate with 21GB. The roll over is available up to the specified
limitation. If prior to the end of your annual plan you exceed the 20GB, then
you are charged $9.99/month per GB
Storage limitations apply to all end users, including external users under
External Platform Access Licenses (ePALs), to the Envizn Services Platform
account of the organization. The Administrator can adjust storage limits per
user accordingly in which additional fees may be applicable. When the storage
limit is reached, the Administrator, not the end user unless delegated
Administrator permission, can either approve or decline the increase in storage
limitation.
Pay-As-You-Use
This pricing option is for a flexible business. It involves
no initial upfront costs and no long
term commitment. You only pay for the resources in which you use on a monthly
basis. Storage features are charged on a $9.99 per-GB/month usage basis.
If you subscribe to the Pay-As-You-Use plan, a minimum of 1GB/month rate is
applicable.
