The Envizn Services Platform can be accessed by both vendors and
governments; however, vendors and governments have different licensing options. In
addition, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) can deploy the Envizn Services
Platform within their software and services for use by their customers.
Vendors. If you a vendor,
regardless of whether you are prime or subcontractor, you can purchase access to
the Envizn Services Platform in two different ways. If you have seven or fewer
end users wishing to access the Envizn Services Platform, then you can purchase
a standalone edition. The standalone editions provide a specific number of
Platform Access Licenses (PALs) for both your employees and third-parties you
wish to participate with on the platform but are not subscribed to the Envizn
Services Platform. If a vendor requires additional PALs, the vendor can purchase
them either separately or in packages. There are also licensing options to
vendors to expand the number of users and functionality of their accounting.
Government. If you are a
government entity, regardless of size, you can only obtain acccess to the Envizn
Services Platform with the purchase of an licensing option reserved for
government entities. The licensing options are flexible depending upon the size
of your organization. In addition, Rante provides a Country Blanket Agreement
("CBA") in which a country can purchase access to the Envizn Services Platform
for the entire country, including local towns, villages, and regions/provinces
within the country. The CBA can further include Consulates.
Independent Service Vendors (ISVs).
These services providers and independent software vendors
(ISVs) to license the latest Rante software to provide software services and
hosted applications to customers. There are two available licensing agreements:
Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) and ISV Royalty Licensing Program.
