Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) have two options to deliver
their business solutions to their customers with use of the Envizn Services
Platform technologies:
Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) and ISV
Royalty Licensing Program (ISV Royalty). These licensing options are known as
the Dev. Licensing Agreement.
If you release your application within the Envizn Marketplace, you
are subjected to approval based upon the marketplace code of conduct guidelines
set forth in these licensing agreements.
Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA).
This is for services providers and independent software
vendors (ISVs) to license the latest Rante software to provide software
services and hosted applications to customers that do not require a Unified
Solution Plan required of the ISV Royalty Licensing Program. With the SPLA,
service providers and ISVs can license the Envizn Services Platform on a monthly
basis, during a three-year agreement term, to host software services and
applications to their customers either on-premise or within the Envizn Services
Platform Cloud hosted by Rante. SPLA supports a variety of hosting scenarios to
help you get highly-customized and robust solutions to a wide set of customers.
Ulike the ISV Royalty Program, you can select certain aspects of the Envizn
Services Platform to integrate within your solution.
ISV Royalty Licensing Program (ISV Royalty).This requires a
Unified Solution Plan. A Unified Solution Plan requires the ISV to utilitze all
aspects of the Envizn Services Platform for use within their software or
services to deliver a total solution.
