Licensing for government entities are different then
licensing for businesses. For a government entitiy to participate within the
Envizn Services Platform, the government entity must contract with Rante to
create specific Statement of Works (SOWs) to ensure customization is achieved.
Rante realizes each government entity performs procurement processes different;
therefore, individual SOWs address this initial barrier to a single and
centralized platform.
There are three licensing options available for government entities: small to
midsize, large, and national deployment. Small to midsize entities are defined
as either towns, or cities. Large entities are defined as either cities or
counties, cantons, or provinces. Countries are defined as a legally recognized
sovereign state.
Consulates may purchase access to the Envizn Services Platform to assist their
national companies in finding partnerships and new opportunities.
If you are either a county, canton, province, or a country, you can entire into
a Country Blanket Agreement ("CBA" hereinafter). A CBA permits either the
county, canton, province, or a country to purchase access to the Envizn Services
Platform for all government entities within the legally recognized sovereign
state. If a country selects a CBA, then all local towns, villages, cities,
counties (or equivalent within your country) gain access to the Envizn Services
Platform at no additional cost unless separate SOWs are required. If a county
(or equivalent within your country) purchases a CBA, then all local towns,
villages, and cities are included within the Envizn Services Platform at no
additional cost unless separate SOWs are required. If an individual consulate
did not purchase an individual consulate licensing option, the Country CBA
includes all consulates worldwide of the respective country.
